Starting October 2, 2022 my wife and I have officially started training for the Rotterdam Marathon that will take place on Sunday April 16, 2022. The planned training for this week – Sunday October 2 till Saturday 8, 2022
Sunday: Slow Easy Run 130 min.
Monday: Rest day
Tuesday: Hill training 75 min.
Wednesday: Track training 6 x 1000m
Thursday: Hill training: 75 min.
Friday: Track training 10 x 400m
Saturday: Rest day
