Thursday Hill Training

Thursday Hill TrainingToday it was time for our regular Thursday Hill Training. We normally run 75 minutes up and down the hills. This is to strengthen our legs and gluten.

Did an easy run today of 75 minutes at a pace of under 7min/km. My heart rate was around 141bpm. The purpose of this run is to help the legs with recovery, so tomorrow when we do track there are no problems.

No problems during the run and legs felt good after I finished my Thursday Hill Training. I was very thirsty when I got home. Had to drink about 1.5-2 liters before I felt like I had caught up with the water loss during the run. So it must be very hot or humid when I went for a run. It is amazing and image that we are running most of the time in the evening after we close our business.
